David Diver is the Founder/CEO/President of the company. As the visionary leader of Alan Victor Garrett Inc, David Diver brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. With a background in carpentry, entrepreneurship, and a strong commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, David founded the company to set new industry standards and provide clients with a truly personalized and exceptional experience. His unwavering dedication to quality, client satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment sets the tone for the entire organization.

Thomas Murphy, our Director of Project Management, plays a crucial part in supervising and coordinating the successful execution of our projects and is responsible for overseeing these responsibilities. Thomas ensures that every aspect of our projects is meticulously planned, organized, and executed because he has a profound understanding of construction project management and a proven track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Because of his leadership and expertise, we can keep a high level of both, efficiency of the project and the satisfaction of our customers.

Marvin Apeku, our Assistant Project Manager, contributes significantly to the success of our management team thanks to the invaluable support he provides. Marvin contributes to the planning, coordination, and documentation of the project by paying close attention to detail and displaying excellent organizational skills. The efficient flow of information and the flawless completion of the project are both made possible by his capacity for effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ronald Fu is an essential member of our team, serving in the dual roles of Site Supervisor and Lead Carpenter. In these capacities, he is responsible for overseeing the construction activities taking place on-site and ensuring that quality standards are met. Ronald, who has worked in the construction industry for many years, is responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out in a manner that is both risk-free and productive, while also adhering to the highest standards of craftsmanship.
