Pre-construction services encompass the crucial planning and preparation stages before the physical construction work begins.
Alan Victor Garrett is committed to reducing as much as possible the “change order”. Change orders are a result, for the most part, of not taking the time to follow through with a comprehensive per construction discussion. We partnered with one of new Yorks best interior design firm to provide a pre construction service and help navigate the pre construction phase. All anticipated problems can be resolved up front ensuring that the project is well-conceived and ready to move forward efficiently and cost-effectively. Pre construction services include:

Construction services
Construction services encompasses the day to day activities on the job site from day one of demolition to completion date. Alan Victor Garrett entrusts a component site super and project manager with no less than 20 years experience to manage and execute the day to day activities. All aspects of the job are coordinate, executed and inspected as per the site managers direction. All areas and stages of construction are meticulous planed and structured into a precise schedule by our project manager. Construction services include:

Close-Out Services
Before a client moves into their newly renovated or constructed home they need to be provided a comprehensive walk through of said home. Clients need to know the location of crucial shut off values and electrical trip switches should an emergency occur. As contractors we must provide this info on a detailed drawing set.
Alan Victor Garrett will all provide supervision and support for any and all outstanding punch like items noticed by the client post move in. Close out services include
